Specialist Role – Sports Summer School Assistant

The Education Liaison Team would like to recruit a Sports Summer School Assistant to help co-ordinate the administrative tasks prior to the event and deliver event support on the days of the school.

The Sports Summer School is a three day non residential programme, aimed at year 10 students from local schools (40 students will be attending) who are interested in going onto study sport at a higher level and may be considering a career in sport. The idea of the three days is to give pupils a ‘taste’ of what it is like to study sport both in FE and HE.

The first day will be spent at Kingston University, the second at Twickenham Rugby Stadium and St.Mary’s College, and the third day will involve going to Kingston College and finishing up at Kingston University.

 You will be paid £195 for working the three days of the summer school and £8 per hour for the office work. The office work will be on a ad-hoc basis starting from 22^nd  March.
